Please pay close attention to the show timetable below. Should you have any questions please contact das_ops@easyfairs.com

It is compulsory all stands, materials and waste, including carpet tape must be removed from the hall by the designated times listed below. Any waste or exhibits left in the hall after this time will be disposed of at a cost to the exhibiting company.

Please note contractors and couriers may not collect from the hall after the designated breakdown times.

No one under the age of 16 is permitted in the hall during the build-up and breakdown period.

• All shell scheme stands exhibits and displays must be removed from the hall by 2000hrs on Thursday 8th October.
• All space only stands (Diamond) must be completely clear of the hall including waste by 2100hrs on Thursday 8th October.
• You are not at liberty to dismantle your stand before 1630hrs on Thursday 8th October and if you do so you will be asked to stop.
• Please remove personal effects or small and valuable items from your hired furniture and stand as soon as the exhibition closes to prevent any losses or damage during the breakdown period.
• Clearing of the stand by the official deadline is solely the responsibility of the exhibitor, including stand waste materials.
• The Organisers reserve the right to charge waste and storage fees for exhibits/stand fittings, which have not been removed by the deadlines listed.

Please ensure that your contractors are aware of these times and plan accordingly to these working hours.
